Wednesday, February 23 – SF Women Intermediate to Advanced Track Workouts
Where: Kezar Stadium

What: Interval workouts for increased speed and performance
When: 6:30am
Details: Workouts change each week. Bring water and layers. Must be able to run a mile in less than 10 minutes. Meet on the track. Look for a group of women and the WOW white board. We usually meet on the north side of the track but, due to lighting, sometimes we meet on the south side in the middle of the straight.

Saturday, February 26, 2011 – Intermediate Runners Train for the Oakland Running Festival
Where: Sawyer Camp, San Mateo. Repeats every two weeks.

Details: Bring water and snacks. No water on the course. Porta Potty style bathrooms at mile 0 and mile 3.

Where: Concord Willows Shopping Center
What: Maintenance workout or continue training for the Oakland Running Festival
Where: El Torito Mexican Restaurant at Willows Shopping Center, 1961 Diamond Blvd., Concord

When: 8:00 AM, Sunday

Details: Fitness walkers, runners, walker/runners all welcome! You don’t have to be training for anything specific to come out.

Thursday, March 3, 2011 – Runners Boot Camp
Where: Kezar Stadium

What: Strength training and complimentary movement for increased performance while running
When: 6:30pm
Details: Workouts change each week. Bring water and layers. Meet in the cul de sac near the gate entrance on Arguello.. Look for a group of women and the WOW white board. Coach Stephanie will wait at the entrance until 6:35. We generally start on the upper track in the northwest section near or on the bleachers if you arrive late.

What: Get going from this beautiful marina. Water and bathrooms at the beginning. Porta Potties about 4 miles out at University. No water along the way. Gorgeous!
