Go WOW Team offers everything you need to move to the next level: expert coaching, day by day training schedule, up to 7 workouts a week, motivation, like-minded women, and a dynamite nutrition program that will help you build muscle, burn fat, and increase your energy.
- Our Half Marathon Training program assumes you have a base already. If you have already been running (or walking) 30 minutes or more, 3 times per week, you have time to train for the June half marathon or 5K
- Not sure if you are fit enough? If you are truly starting from scratch, let’s get you trained for the See Jane Run 5K Race so that you can cross that finish line with no injuries and a huge smile upon your face!
- If you are already experienced, as a runner and racer, we will help you find your pace and technique to get faster and more efficient and to run better than ever before.

Practices are held on Wednesday evening and Sunday morning (along with several other optional workouts during the week).
Note: Once you are a WOW Member we want you to stay with us forever; for new goals, and for the times when you are in between goals. We work out year-round. We encourage you to continue your membership to participate in all trainings and events put on by WOW.
