Here is the track workout for the week of:
November 14 – 20, 2011

Warm-up 10 – 20 minutes. To include jogging and dynamic stretches

6 – 8 X 800 meters at your designated pace* with 1 1/2 minutes (RI) in-between

5 – 10 minute cool down and stretching
