Session 3: 3 p.m. – 3:50 p.m. Hazel Wood How to run efficiently, with less effort and without injury with the ChiRunning technique. Learn simple principles to reduce effort and fatigue, improve efficiency and avoid injury . Finish your run pain free and look forward to your next.
