The group is meeting at The Albany Bulb, near Golden Gate Fields. Good place to practice short hills. The area is small and has free, street parking on both sides of Buchanan.
Meet at the cul de sac. It's not hard to find The WOW Team! Bring layers for the weather, water, and snacks if you are going for more than 60 minutes.

July 4, 2010 WOW Team Workout - 12 Miler starting at the Albany Bulb plus 1 - Because some of us are doing 13 miles today, let's add the parking lot behind Golden Gate Fields to the top of the hill and back for our warm-up. This will get us our extra distance. Happy Fourth of July!

WOW Team 8 Miler Starting at the Albany Bulb - Everyone can use practice on hills. This area gives us us an opportunity to go over pace and stride, specifically for up and down hill running and walking before we head up the hill behind Golden Gate Fields. We can practice a few times as part of our workout before heading out for the main workout.
