  1. Hi Stephanie – Just downloaded your book Belly Fat Blowout to give it a try. Just wanted to say thank you. I liked it because I was able to eat real food. On day nine and have lost weight. Only thing I found difficult was I craved sweets and breads. The book was simple to follow.

      Thank you for your comments. I’m so glad you’ve lost weight and ate real food. You may find that the cravings go away. The bread thing, I believe, is more in our head than in our nutritional need as many of us have grown up with bread. I sympathize and, one of the 90/10 rationalizations is a crusty slice or 2 of whole grain bread with a little butter on it. Yum!
