Directions

PenguinsWOW uses the Go WOW Team Meetup Site to describe each of our workouts in detail and for participants to RSVP. We ask that everyone RSVP (member or drop-in) on that site. This helps us get a head count for each workout.

Meetup is pretty thorough with directions but this section, on our website, offers additional links and route information. Please contact us if you find that any of this information is inaccurate or could be improved. Thank you!

General Information:

  • Sunday Workouts locations vary each week Start time: 8AM
  • Wed. Workouts include: Piedmont Track or Lake Merritt 6:30PM and Walnut Creek Las Lomas Track at 6:30PM
  • Thursday Walking Workout at Chabot College 6:30PM
  • Saturday tempo type run at Sawyer Camp in San Mateo, every other week 8AM
  • Saturday walking workout in Oakland, every week at 8:30AM
