Coach Stephanie and the WOW Team invite you to train with us starting today! The WOW Team offers year round workouts and training opportunities and has a variety of programs to fit many needs.

As many of you know, the WOW Team, was chosen The Official Women’s Training Team for the Oakland Half Marathon, and 5K for the entire Bay Area. We are proud to have been a part of the Oakland Run Fest (ORF) since its beginning.*

Many programs only offer weekend training but the WOW Team offers weekday and weekend workouts, online coaching, educational training modules, and more. Workouts include long runs (or walk/run, or walk), tempo runs, and track.

Ways to Join:

$219 – Neighborhood Member Basic - Basic membership fee all workouts, everywhere and more. Includes first 12 weeks of training then rolls over into $24.95/month.


$9.99 (first month) – Couch to Accomplished - Start Today, Run for a Lifetime - Essential coaching, education and training offered online, for you, wherever you are in this world. This fills the missing piece for most of us in our training success - Initial Membership is valid for the first 4 weeks then rolls over into $19.95/month.


Best of the Best - Combine our Neighborhood workouts with our Couch to Accomplished comprehensive online training and you will be THE BEST you can be. Simply sign up for both!


$119 - No Frills Weekends Only - Next: March 17/18 for See Jane Run Half Marathon and 5K Training - One time limited training program for a specific event only.


The Buddy Pass - Drag along your neighbor and you will receive a complimentary pedometer while they last. You must sign up at the same time.


Drop-in
$12/15 weekdays, $7/10 weekends. RSVP and pay through our meetup site.

  1. i'm interested in the no frills training program for the ORF in march - however i see that no frills begins in march for the june 5k in alameda - is the OFR training full? please advise thanks
