  1. Hi Coach:

I’d love to join. I’m a 40 year old OUT OF SHAPE (!!) ex runner (many years ago). I live in Berkeley. I’m a little intimidated by all the info., how do I just jump into the waters here?

    Thanks very much,
    Alicia

  2. For the 2012 Training programs, I see the cost is either $199 or $249; if I pick the Couch to Accomplished Training, do I need to add the $129 membership on top of the $249, for a grand total of $378 + 27.95 monthly?
Please let me know. Thank you. ~ FGC

    • Hi Fatima,

Sorry for the delay. We’d love to have you join us. The cost is not including the $129, that is just a different membership, our normal on. The $199 or $249 will not go up. After the training period you will be asked to join full time for the $27.95 per month. You can choose whether you renew or not! Does this help?

      Best,
      Coach Stephanie
