Meet at Arbolado Park, Arbolado Dr, Walnut Creek, CA 94598 - The course goes out and back along the Contra Costa Trail to the Ygnacio Canal Trail. Take a look at the routes listed below.

Join us! Walkers, Runners, and Run/Walkers are all invited. Meet at the second parking lot on the left.

Note: This park has two parking lots, one lower and one upper. As you drive east on Arbolado Dr, don't pull into the first parking lot on the left, go up to the second driveway. We will meet in that parking lot, because it is closer to the restrooms and drinking fountains.

Time: 8:00 AM Rain or Shine

There is limited water in this region so bring your own water and use the bathroom at Arbolado Park before you start your workout.
