Maintenance and 5/10K Training - 60 minutes
Week 10 of Nike Women's and Long Beach/Fall Marathon Training - 20 miles, 1/2 marathoners do 11 miles. Note: we are not marking the course for more than 13 miles this week.
Week 9 for San Jose Rock'n'Roll - 170 minutes or 13 miles (whichever comes first)
