Race Week – Final Preparation for your First Race

You will be completing your triathlon or duathlon by the end of this week. Congratulations for all your hard and committed training.
This is the time to focus on lots of rest, eating good, healthy food, staying hydrated, and visualizing your race day. I encourage you to mentally picture and physically go through the transitions from swim to bike to run (triathlon) or run to bike to run (duathlon). This weekend will be a learning experience for all of us and should also be fun!
