- If you are novice we will train you to complete your first 5K race at the Oakland Run Fest on March 23.
- If you are already experienced, as a runner and racer, we will help you find your pace and technique to get faster, run farther, and become more efficient for the 5K, Relay, or Half Marathon in Oakland.

Novice? WOW will train you to cross the finish in the Oakland 5K in March and keep going from there to a 10K or half marathon at the Divas or See Jane Run June Races in June.
Already into longer races? Train for the half marathon in Oakland and a FASTER half in June at the Divas or See Jane Run Half Marathon.

New Member Orientation: Saturday, January 4, 2014
First day of Practice: Sunday, January 5
Practices are held on Wednesday evening and Sunday morning (along with several other optional workouts during the week).
Note: Once you are a WOW Member we want you to stay with us forever; for new goals, and for the times when you are in between goals. We work out year-round. We encourage you to continue your membership on a monthly basis to participate in all trainings and events put on by WOW.
