Welcome to Go WOW Team

With fitness, friendship, and fun as our goal, Go WOW Team comprises some awesome women. Currently ranging in age from 20’s – 70’s we are many sizes, many shapes, and many abilities.

What do we have in common?

We are all women and we all strive to be our best. Many of us have never trained before or are returning after MANY years away.

Go WOW Team Rocks

Some of us walk for fitness. Some of us mix walking and running. Some of us are pretty serious runners and are training to improve our times. Most of us participate in a race once in a while.

I started Go WOW Team to bring fitness, through running, walking, and the outdoors, to women everywhere. WOW provides:

  • Safety
  • Organization
  • Professional Coaching
  • Accountability
  • Fun
  • Friendship and
  • Opportunity for you to explore your athletic potential
with a like minded group of supportive women

Live too far away to join our neighborhood workouts? Go WOW Team provides virtual coaching to women throughout the world! We also can help you start your own neighborhood group, with direction and support from me, Coach Stephanie.

Now is the time to make this happen!

Join us soon for a neighborhood workout or a virtual coaching session.
We are here to help you find your “Athlete Within”.
There is no better time than right now to get started!

  1. Hello ,

I hope you are well, wonderful group you are running here! My friends had been trying to get me to join for years! I LOVE IT

I have been a runner/ fitness gal in the Bay Area for a number of years completing the Nike Women’s Half and See Jane Run Half four years in a row as well as many others. Recently the owner of Burn Pilates has opened a new studio in Oakland. Since I am a local here in Oakland/Alameda, and instructor I am reaching out to the women fitness groups in the area to invite them in for a free class. OR We can come lead a class at one of the meetups. We really want to empower women, and form partnerships in the community with other women owned, run businesses like ours. Plus being an avid runner I know from first hand experience that Burn Pilates formula and training makes you a stronger runner.

You can email me or call me anytime to arrange a activity at our studio or at a meetup to have the Founder Lisa Corsello come and lead a class for everyone.

I hope to see you and meet you soon. Thank you for your time.

PS. I emailed Stephanie as well.

  3. Hi Go WOW Team,

My name is Phil Oreste and I am the Race Director for Urban Coyote Racing. We hold a number of trail races throughout the Bay Area and we are holding our last race of the season at Briones Regional Park in Orinda on Sunday, November 15, 2015. In order to celebrate a great year of events, we are providing a 20% discount off all distances for this event to local clubs to get as many trail runners there as possible. Here are the details of the event: http://www.urbancoyoteracing.com/briones-ridge-2015.html and use the coupon code “BA Club 2015” when registering. We would appreciate it if you could pass this message along to your members.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss a group discount further, please contact me at anytime.

    Best regards,
    Phil Oreste
    Race Director
